: Businesses' use of and access to the services, including any data or content transmitted or received by Businesses.

Violation of Law: Businesses' violation of any term of these Terms, including without limitation Businesses' breach of any representations and warranties.

Third-Party Rights: Businesses' violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property rights.

Illegal Activity: Businesses' violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

Business Content: Any content submitted by Businesses or through Businesses' accounts that causes Battery Careers to incur liability.

Amendments

Right to Amend: Battery Careers reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website or upon notification to Businesses via email or other means.

Notification: Battery Careers will notify Businesses of material changes to these Terms through prominent notice on the Website or direct communication. Businesses are responsible for reviewing the most current version of these Terms.

Continued Use: Businesses' continued use of the services after the effective date of the amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If Businesses do not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, in the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution:

Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations.

Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within sixty (60) days, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of National Arbitration and Mediation, with the arbitration to be held in Wyoming. Any arbitration decision shall be final and binding.

Court Action: If the dispute is not resolved through arbitration, either party may then submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Wyoming, in the United States of America. The parties agree that any arbitration decision may be enforced in these courts.

Waiver of Jury Trial: Each party hereby waives its right to a jury trial in any litigation arising out of or related to these Terms or the services.

Injunctive Relief: Notwithstanding the foregoing, Battery Careers may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by Battery Careers on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between Businesses and Battery Careers concerning the use of the services, superseding any prior agreeme
